Website and Beta Terms

These terms govern use of this website and any Apex8Pi controlled-beta software made available under a separate invitation or testing agreement.

Controlled-beta software

Beta software is pre-release software. Features may change, be incomplete, or become temporarily unavailable. Access may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn to protect users, infrastructure, or the integrity of testing.

Permitted use

Users may use Apex8Pi only through an authorized account and license, for lawful purposes, and in accordance with supplied testing instructions. Users must not circumvent access controls, probe other accounts, redistribute private installers, or attempt to extract protected credentials.

User responsibility

Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions and deciding whether to act. Apex8Pi output may be incomplete or incorrect and must not be treated as guaranteed professional advice.

Safety limits

Apex8Pi is not an emergency response service and does not automatically contact police, fire, emergency medical services, or other responders. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service directly.

Intellectual property

Apex8Pi, its visual identity, software, documentation, and related materials are owned by Apex8Pi Technology LLC or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred through use of this website or beta access.

Availability and warranties

The website and beta software are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Public production readiness is subject to completion of release signing, verification, and acceptance requirements.
